Joel Sutton gives a short history of the Hispanic ministry at St. Mark’s in Watertown, Wisconsin. He summarizes Pastor Walther’s life leading up to his call to St. Marks as well as highlighting the numerous people who have assisted in the Hispanic ministry in the congregation.
