    Abstract
The topic of Bible Study is covered with great care because, as Pastor Aderman writes, Bible study ought to have an important part in every Christian’s life. First, Aderman examines pastors’ attitudes that might hinder a proper use of Bible study. Next, while he commends the emphasis WELS places on teaching and learning the facts of God’s Word, he also notes that the application of God’s Word might be lacking from our teaching method as a whole. Finally, he notes that the attitude of church members needs improvement.
